- 6 bananas, very ripe
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup skim milk
- 34 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 14 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar substitute
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Peel bananas and mush together in a bowl.

2Try to get consistency as smooth as possible.

3Mix in eggs, milk, applesauce, vanilla and stir until smooth.

4Mix in the next four ingredients, blending well.

5Add in walnuts if you would like.

6Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until bread is brown on top.
