  • 6 bananas, very ripe
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 cup skim milk
  • 34 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 14 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar substitute
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

    Peel bananas and mush together in a bowl.

    Try to get consistency as smooth as possible.

    Mix in eggs, milk, applesauce, vanilla and stir until smooth.

    Mix in the next four ingredients, blending well.

    Add in walnuts if you would like.

    Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until bread is brown on top.
