  • 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (9 oz.) whipped cream

Directions

    Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix.

    In large bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg and oil; mixture will be crumbly.

    Press in pan 3/4 up the side of greased cake pan. Blend cream cheese and sugar; add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute at low speed. Add milk; beat until smooth.

    Pour into crust. Bake at 300° for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and add Cool Whip.
