- 6 chocolate wafers, finely crushed
- 1 1/2 c. light cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

1Sprinkle crumbs in bottom of 7-inch spring-form pan.

2Position knife blade in food processor.

3Process cream cheese and next 6 ingredients until smooth; add egg.

4Blend well.

5Fold chocolate chips in.

6Pour into cake pan.

7Bake at 300° for 65 to 70 minutes. Let cool on rack.

8Cover and chill for 6 to 8 hours.

9Remove sides of pan and transfer to serving platter.
