  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/3 c. green onion tops, chopped
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans Swanson's chicken broth or use stock from turkey or hen
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 8 to 10 large eggs
  • 1 stick oleo
