  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
  • 3 (9 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. brandy
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Directions

    Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave.

    Beat cream cheese, sugar and brandy until smooth.

    Add chocolate chips and eggs, one at a time.

    Add sour cream; mix until smooth.

    Pour into pan.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour.

    Cool on rack for 30 minutes.
