- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (12 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 13 cup cocoa
- 12 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 12 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 13 cup butter
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

2Mix the vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa powder and powder sugar together.

3Melt the butter and mix in to the crumbs and powder mix.

4Press in the bottom of a spring form pan.

13Bake for 60 to 65 minutes.
