- 13 cup butter, melted
- 1 14 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, melted
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions

1Crust.

2Mix melted crumbs and butter.

3Press on bottom of springform pan.

4Wrap 3 layers of heavy-duty foil around the outside of the pan, bringing foil to top of rim.

5Cake.

6Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

7Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

8Add condensed milk and beat until smooth.

9Add chocolate, eggs and vanilla and mix well.

10Pour batter into prepared pan.

11Place cake in large roasting pan.

12Add enough hot water to roasting pan to come halfway up sides of cake pan.

13Bake cake until center no longer moves when pan is gently shaken, about 50 minutes.
