- 2 whole Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cups Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cups Maraschino Cherries
- 1/2 cups Chocolate Chunks
- Fresh Cherries, For Topping
- 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a small size loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2Place bananas, oats, maple syrup, baking powder, cacao powder, amd coconut milk in a blender and work it for up to 1 minute, or until the ingredients have combined and there are no chunks left. Add cherries and chocolate chunks and fold to combine.

3Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and bake for about 32 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Top with fresh cherries and sprinkle powdered sugar.

4Keep refrigerated. Serve hot or cold.
