- 1 (20 oz.) can light (reduced sugar) cherry pie filling
- 4 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Directions

1Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl.

2Blend at low speed until combined, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

3Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cake pulls away from sides of pan and springs back when lightly touched in center.
