  • 1 cup (225 ml) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted unsalted butter
  • 7 tbsp (100 ml) cocoa powder
  • 2 cups (475 ml) sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
  • 1 12 oz (336 grm). can evaporated milk
  • whipped cream

    Combine graham crumbs and melted butter in small mixing bowl.

    Press into 8 inch pie pan.

    Combine next 5 ingredients in a food proccessor

    Add evaporated milk and let proccessor run for at least 30 seconds.

    Pour into pie pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 25 -30 minutes.

    Let cool and refrigerate 4 hours.

    Cut into 6 pieces.

    Serve with whipped cream.
