  • 2 pie crusts
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 7 heaping tsp. cocoa
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick melted butter (let cool back to room temperature before adding to recipe)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Stir ingredients together.

    Bake at 425° for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 380° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Let set 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.

    Top with whipped cream, slivered almonds, shaved chocolate curls or serve plain.
