  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1-1/2 cup Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2-1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 package (12 Oz.) Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips, divided

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9X13 pan and set aside.

    In small mixer bowl, cream together butter and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix well.

    In a separate bowl stir together; flour, baking powder, and salt.

    Combine flour mixture and butter mixture and mix till incorporated.

    Stir in half the package of chocolate chips and spread into a 9X13 pan. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown like a chocolate chip cookie. Middle may not appear set but cookies will continue to bake when out of the oven. You may bake longer if needed.

    *You may decide it needs more chocolate chips. I like it this way, but it depends on your preference.
