- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 bar German chocolate, shaved (keep back 1/4 c.)
- 1 small pkg. chocolate chips
- 2/3 c. Wesson oil
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- powdered sugar mixed with 1/4 c. shaved chocolate
Directions

1Mix as listed, except for chocolate chips and the powdered sugar and shaved chocolate mixture.

2Add chocolate chips last. Bake in tube pan or Bundt pan at 350° for approximately 50 minutes.

3Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

4After removing from pan, sprinkle with 1/4 cup shaved German chocolate and 1/4 cup powdered sugar that has been mixed together.
