- 4 eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 (18.5 oz.) box yellow butter cake mix
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. cooking oil
Directions

1Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick vegetable coating spray. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan.

2Use an electric hand mixer for the batter, mixing remaining ingredients together all at once. Beat about 2 minutes.

3Pour or spoon batter over pecans.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

5Test for doneness.
