  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 (18.5 oz.) box yellow butter cake mix
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil

Directions

    Spray a Bundt pan with non-stick vegetable coating spray. Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan.

    Use an electric hand mixer for the batter, mixing remaining ingredients together all at once. Beat about 2 minutes.

    Pour or spoon batter over pecans.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Test for doneness.
