  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg. German chocolate, shaved
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Pour cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and water into a large mixing bowl and beat 2 minutes.

    Fold in chocolate chips and 1/2 of the shaved German chocolate.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

    Mix remaining shaved chocolate and confectioners sugar together.

    Cool cake 10 minutes and dust with confectioners sugar mix.
