  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 6 oz. instant vanilla pudding (or 3 oz. if cake mix has pudding in it already)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bar grated German's chocolate
  • 1/2 bag mini chocolate chips

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients for 5 minutes.

    Fold in chips and 1/2 of chocolate bar.

    Bake in a greased, unfloured tube pan for 55 to 60 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle rest of grated chocolate on top while cake is hot.
