  • 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 c. pancake mix or Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 c. chocolate chips

    Beat egg.

    Add 1/2 cup sugar gradually.

    Stir margarine in lightly.

    Alternately add pancake mix and milk-vanilla mixture. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan.

    Sprinkle with mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon and chips.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
