- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 16 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Bring butter, sugar and milk to a boil and cook to almost soft ball stage.

2Add chocolate chips and nuts.

3Beat until chips are melted and pour quickly over cooled cake. (This icing gets hard like fudge.)
