- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter.

3Save out 1/2 cup.

4Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Bake 10 minutes.

6Pour milk evenly over crust.

7Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
