- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. quick oats
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine flour, oats and brown sugar.

2Using 2 knives or pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup.

3Press remaining mixture in bottom of greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Bake 10 minutes in 350°

5oven.

6Remove and cool for 15 minutes.

7Pour condensed milk over cooled mixture. Spread evenly.

8Cover with pecans and chips.

9Top with reserved 1/2 cup crumb mixture.

10Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

11Cool before cutting.
