Chocolate Chip Pie

  • 3 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 oz. sq. unsweetened chocolate, grated
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker or chocolate cookie pie crust

Directions

    Melt marshmallows in 1/2 cup milk in top of double boiler. Let cool, stirring occasionally.

    When cold, whip the whipping cream until stiff and fold into the marshmallow mixture.

    Fold in grated chocolate.

    Pour into pie crust and freeze.

    Thaw slightly before serving.
