  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1-3/4 cups milk
  • 6 cups cubed raisin bread
  • 2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped

    Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until blended.

    Add eggs and cinnamon; mix well.

    Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended after each addition.

    baking dish; top with chocolate and cream cheese mixture.
