  • 18 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 34 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

    Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.

    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in large bowl at high speed, til stiff, sugar is dissolved and mix.
