   Place the sugar and flour into a mixing bowl and set aside.

   Bring the butter, coke and cocoa to a boil.

   Add the boiled mixutre to the sugar and flour.

   Blend in the remaining ingredients.

   Place into 3 8 or 9 inch cake pans.

   Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

   Bring the butter,cocoa and coke to a boil.

    Cool for 5 minutes.

    Beat in the powdered sugar.

    Add more powdered sugar if needed to make this a good spreading consistency.
