- 12 oz chocolate
- 4 tbsp golden syrup
- 6 oz cornflakes
- 2 tbsp un salted butter
Directions

1melt chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water until it starts to melt .

2then add in golden syrup and butter when almost completely melted remove from the pan as excess heat will carry on melting the chocolate.

3mix in corn flakes until evenly coated in chocolate.

4spoon into cup cake cases and chill in the fridge until set aprox 1 hr.

5raisins or cranberry's also work well in this .
