Chocolate cornflake cakes

  • 12 oz chocolate
  • 4 tbsp golden syrup
  • 6 oz cornflakes
  • 2 tbsp un salted butter

Directions

    melt chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water until it starts to melt .

    then add in golden syrup and butter when almost completely melted remove from the pan as excess heat will carry on melting the chocolate.

    mix in corn flakes until evenly coated in chocolate.

    spoon into cup cake cases and chill in the fridge until set aprox 1 hr.

    raisins or cranberry's also work well in this .
