Chocolate Covered Pop Chips

  • 3/4 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 24 whole Salted Pop Chips

Directions

    Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave safe dish at 30-second intervals. Stir between each interval. You want chocolate completely melted and very liquidy.

    Using tongs, dip each chip into the chocolate and cover completely. Let each chip drip off excess chocolate and place on nonstick parchment paper. Melt more chocolate if necessary.

    Freeze for at least 2 hours or until chocolate sets. Enjoy!
