- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (lite)
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.

2Beat in eggs and vanilla.

3Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to cream mix.

5Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
