Ingredients

• 16 oz unsalted butter chilled 1/2 in cubes
• 1/4 cup Light brown sugar
• 2 1/4 cup crushed chocolate wafers or choc. teddy grahams.
• 3 1/2 cup half and half
• 2/3 cup white sugar
• 1/4 cup corn starch
• 9 egg yolks
• 1 cup semisweet choc. finely xhoppwd
• 1/4 cup unsweetened choc. finely chopped
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cup Heavy whipping cream
• 2 tbsp confectionera sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
