- 4 (4 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Melt chocolate and cool.

2Combine sugar, oil, vanilla and melted chocolate.

3Beat in eggs.

4Add dry ingredients.

5Beat until well combined.

6Cover and chill until dough can be handled.

7Using 1 tablespoon dough, shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet.

8Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are firm and slightly browned.

9Don't overcook! Remove and dip tops in powdered sugar again.

10Cool on wire rack.
