  • 6 oz. whole sweet butter
  • 3 oz. sugar
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 2 oz. coffee (liquid)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Mix egg yolks and sugar. Add

    egg whites to meringue and fold into mixture.
