- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients like pie crust.

2Press into 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350° until golden brown; cool.

3Next blend together:

48 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip.

5Next, mix 2 packages instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups milk until firm.

6Layer cream cheese, then top with pudding and Cool Whip.
