- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 c. milk
- 2 pkg. (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding
Directions

1Mix flour, chopped pecans and margarine together in a small bowl (save a few pecans for top).

2Press in a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake 20 minutes in a preheated 350° oven.

3Mix the cream cheese (beat before adding powdered sugar) and powdered sugar.

4Add 8 ounces Cool Whip (save remaining for top).

5Beat the mixture and put on top of cooled crust.

6Mix milk with chocolate pudding.

7Make a layer of this on top of cream cheese mixture.

8Let set in refrigerator until firm.

9Top with remaining Cool Whip and pecans.
