Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 cans chocolate fudge pudding

Directions

    Mix flour, butter and pecans together.

    Press into an 8 x 12-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool for 30 minutes.

    Spread the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 ounces of the Cool Whip after it is all mixed together.

    Spread the pudding on.

    Apply the other 8 ounces of Cool Whip.

    You may sprinkle more pecans on the top, if you wish.
