Ingredients

  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • cherries, if desired
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 1 large pkg. chocolate pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Mix flour, margarine and pecans.

    Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; cool. Mix 1 cup Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese.

    Spread over crust.

    Mix both puddings with milk.

    Spread over cream cheese layer.

    Top with rest of Cool Whip.

    Top with cherries.

    Chill 2 to 3 hours.
