  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small boxes chocolate pudding (instant type)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 3 c. milk
  • Cool Whip

Directions

    Melt butter; mix well with flour, nuts and 1/4 cup powdered sugar.

    Line a 10 x 12 x 2-inch pan with mixture.

    Add 1/4 cup powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip.

    Spread over crust.

    Mix pudding and milk; beat until thick.

    Spread over cream cheese mixture.

    Top with Cool Whip.
