Chocolate Dip

Directions

   Combine cocoa and cornstarch in a small saucepan.

   Add water, stirring until smooth.

   Stir in corn syrup.

   Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat.

   Stir in vanilla.

   Cool mixture to room temperature.
