- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- graham crackers
- milk chocolate icing

1Beat milk and pudding until thick. Add Cool Whip and mix. Layer graham crackers (whole) in bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Pour in pudding mix. Layer graham crackers on top of pudding. Spread icing on top of crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
