- 3 c. cold milk
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 small carton cream cheese
- 1 can chocolate icing
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- cherries
Directions

1Cover bottom and sides of pan with graham crackers.

2Mix milk with pudding mix and fold in Cool Whip.

3Spoon mixture into pan on top of graham crackers.

4Cover with another layer of graham crackers.

5Mix cream cheese and icing and spread on top of graham crackers.
