  • 1 lb. pkg. graham crackers
  • 3 small pkg. (3 oz.) French vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 oz. bar semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 tsp. white Karo
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

    On bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, place single layer of whole graham crackers.

    Beat pudding, milk and Cool Whip until smooth. Pour half of pudding mixture over graham cracker lining.
