- 1 big bowl Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. French vanilla pudding
- 1 can Betty Crocker cake icing (chocolate fudge)
Directions

1In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place layer of graham crackers on bottom of pan. Make pudding as directed by package.

2Mix together Cool Whip and pudding.

3Pour over crackers. Place a layer of crackers on top of pudding mix.

4Slightly warm icing and spread over crackers.

5Refrigerate overnight.
