- 4 to 5 boiled chicken breasts, shredded
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. oregano
Directions

1In saucepan melt butter and saute onions.

2Cook until onions are lightly browned.

3Add Ro-Tel, tomato sauce and tomato paste and approximately 5 cups water. Cook on low until sauce thickens. Add salt, red pepper, garlic and chili powder.

4Add meat and approximately 2 cups water.

5Cook 30 minutes on low, stirring occasionally.

6Serve over rice.
