  • 1 (1 ounce) packagejello sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 12 teaspoon rum extract
  • 14 cup Cool Whip Lite
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg

Directions

    In a blender container, combine skim milk, dry pudding mix and rum extract.

    Cover and blend on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds.

    Pour into 4 glasses.

    Top each with 1 tablespoon Cool Whip Lite.
