  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 6 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

    Cook over low heat until margarine is melted and smooth.

    Add powdered sugar; take off heat and stir until desired consistency. Pour over cake.
