- 1 23 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons light margarine
- 23 cup 2% evaporated milk
- 14 large marshmallows
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

1In heavy duty sauce pan- melt margarine and sugarand evaporated milk.

2Bring to boil- stirring constantly.

3Boil on low for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat and add marshmallows and chocolate chips.

5Stir until melted.

6Pour into 8X8 greased pan.
