  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. Domino sugar
  • 1 c. generic cream
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Directions

    Spread margarine in Teflon pan.

    Add sugar and cream, then add chocolate and let this mixture reach a temperature of 235° on medium heat.

    Remove from stove and add peanut butter and vanilla. Place pan in 1-inch of cold water and whip candy until it begins to thicken.

    Spread into a buttered dish.

    Slice when cool.

    Makes 12 pieces.
