- 2 c. heavy cream
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 4 oz. white chocolate
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Directions

1Heat cream, butter and sugar in a 2 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat.

2Stir to dissolve sugar.

3Bring to a boil.

4Place the semi-sweet, unsweetened and white chocolate in a steel bowl.

5Pour the boiling cream mixture over chocolates.

6Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth.

7Can put in 1 to 2 teaspoons vanilla, pecans or orange rind (optional).

8Refrigerate.

9Cut into bite-size pieces.
