- 1 1/2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- boiling water
Directions

1Over very low heat, melt butter and chocolate, stirring constantly.

2Remove from heat.

3Add sugar and vanilla until crumbly.

4Add boiling water, a teaspoon at a time to form a glaze of pouring consistency.

5Pour quickly over cake.

6Allow glaze to drip down sides.

7Excellent when used over a Bundt cake.
