Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. or 2 (3 oz.) raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 envelope plain Knox gelatine
  • 2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces

Directions

    Soften plain gelatine in a few spoons of pineapple juice (or orange juice).

    Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over Jell-O and softened gelatine; stir to dissolve.

    Add 1 cup ice water (or 8 ice cubes).

    Chill.

    Fold in cranberry sauce (mashed up) and crushed pineapple, juice and all.
