  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp. honey

    In small saucepan, melt 4 ounces (4 squares) semisweet chocolate, chopped, over low heat, stirring until smooth.

    Remove pan from heat and whisk in 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature, and 1 tablespoon honey.

    Whisk until glaze is thickened and smooth but still pourable.Serving size = 1 tablespoon
