  • 1 angel food cake, broken in small pieces
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Whip whipping cream stiff and set aside; add vanilla.

    Beat egg whites real stiff and set aside.

    In double boiler, melt chocolate chips.

    Mix in egg yolks and sugar.

    Blend together. It will get very thick.

    Add egg whites and mix well.

    Fold in cream and mix well. Fold in cake and pour into loaf pan to chill. Refrigerate.
